Masking paper is used instead of the large piece of masking that is on your canvas when you purchase it. You remove this and put these smaller pieces of masking paper on your picture instead. Now you can take off one piece at a time. The pieces are reusable, waterproof and easy to clean.

The masking paper is available in 2 different qualities and sizes:

The thinner transparent model is for those who prefer to be able to see your subject at all times, so you have an overview of the entire image.

The stronger quality is for those who prefer to focus on the square you are currently working on and are distracted by the entire subject.

Both qualities of masking paper are available in 2 sizes, so you can choose how large an area you want to work on:
